Lefkada Greece 7 amazing days

We travelled to Lefkada by car and we arrived at our accommodation in the evening. This accommodation has an amazing view and it's called Captain studio and you can find it on booking. After we arrived, I just did some pictures and we went to eat something in Vasiliki town.

In Greece all the food is very, very tasty. Everywhere you go, you will find delicious food so don't worry about this aspect. We ate in the port of Vasiliki, you will see there are a lot of taverns open right near the sea. Besides the delicious food they are also offered amazing views.

In the evening, we went to watch the sunset on Pefkoulia Beach. We bought some snacks and installed our tent there and just watch the sunset and catch up with some stories. It's really amazing the sunset here on this beach are amazing. 

We went to a Egremni beach. IMPORTANT you will leave your car in a parking and then you need to walk 20 minutes and 7 minutes of stairs to arrive to the beach. Of course when you go down the road is descendent and when you come back, it's ascendant. I don't think you need special exercise for this road I just wanted to mention it so you know. There is no need to bring any umbrella or anything with you. You can pack a few drinks yes but down on the beach there's a guy who can bring you drinks from upstairs. He rents also umbrellas. There are no sunbeds on this beach at least last year. There were not there. Also, upstairs there is a bar with amazing views over the beach. 

We had dinner at this taverna. The food was delicious and also the views were amazing . There is parking on site and we didn't need a reservation. You should try this place. It's definitely worth it.

During our trip to Greece, we went every morning to buy fresh orange juice and freshly baked bread. Then we came back to our accommodation had breakfast and headed to the beach. IMPORTANT you will need a car or a motorcycle here in Lefkada, in order to visit all those amazing beaches.

We went to Megali Petra beach, it's a very beautiful beach with Crystal Clearwater like all the beaches in Lefkada. Here you can find sunbeds for rent and also parking on site. You must know that the road to the beaches here in Lefkada sometimes can be very narrow and with a lot of curves. on this beach, you will also find a small shop which of drink ice cream and some sandwiches. It's a very nice beach you should try it, but it's better to arrive early in the morning to be able to catch a parking spot and sunbeds.

In the evening, we went to Pefkoulia Beach to watch the sunset there. Because we traveled by car we had our tent with us so we installed our tent and just watched the sunset. It was amazing. We catch such an amazing sunset that night. By the way here on this beach, there are a lot of people on the backside area of the beach that come with their tent and stay there and sleep in their tent. On the beach, there is a beach bar with toilet and also parking is available.

It's kind of a fancy place, but I didn't like the food that I ordered . I had some beef with some blue cheese sauce, but the beef was just like some meatballs and I didn't like it at all . The fish that my husband ordered was good . 

One of my favorite beaches in Lefkada. Even if it's my second time here it's still my favorite. you should come early in the morning because it becomes very crowded .Parking is available on site and also sunbeds. From the beach if you walk the road back to the parking, you will find showers and a small van that is selling drinks and ice cream and some sandwiches.

You should definitely try this souvlaki at Gianni's Grill house. It's delicious. After we ate, we just walk through Vasiliki town.

On the first picture is Ammoussa beach. Here you can find parking sunbeds and a beach bar with food and drinks.It's nice for snorkeling.  On the rest of the pictures is Lagkadaki beach. Amazing secret beach, without sunbeds, but there are some parking spots. I loved this beach so much!

On our way back to Vasiliki, we visited an olive oil factory. We bought some olives and olive oil, of course. They were very good!

The sixth day was a rainy day so we went to Nydri and rented a ski jet and then a pad and we had some fun there. On our way to Neri we found a fig tree and we had some fresh figs taken from the tree. Before lunch also the weather started to improve.

We had lunch here in Nydri. The food was incredibly delicious. I recommend you to come here if you stay or visit Nydri

Also, we visited the waterfall from Nydri. It's a very beautiful waterfall, but the water was freezing cold. You only need to walk a few minutes,maybe 10 minutes to arrive to the waterfall from the parking spot.

On the last day, we went to our favorite bakery from Vasiliki bought some fresh juice and some bakery stuff and had it to our long way home. Hope that you enjoyed my itinerary and will help you in your future travels to Greece.
