Hi, thank you for your question. We did mention all the places we managed to visit on our trip. All of them are really beautiful and worth visiting. Maybe I can say that my personal favourites are Porto, Coimbra, Sintra, Batalha, Braga with Bom Jesus and many parts of Lisbon!

The prices are very moderate. The train tickets rather cheap and the train network is excellent. They have high speed trains too. Go check on portugaltrains.com and buy tickets on www.cp.pt

Excellent question! We are budget travelers and this itinerary is all made to lower the cost of the trip. We stay in affordable comfortable apartments in close to center location. Use public transport that is cheap and walk around. Excursions are made with local transport that in Portugal is train. Very low prices. Food is very good and everywhere you can find place to eat for reasonable price. If you need more info just ask 😃

We did not for this trip. We are from EU country as well so we have our health insurance covered with EU contract. As for thravel insurance wedid not take it becouse we traveled with Ryanair budget fare and with cabin luggage. Accommodation we reserve through Booking.com always with free cancellation option.

It is really beautiful country. They have an excellent train network that connects almost every destination. Trains are modern, fast and frequent, and cheap price. And in between there are regular bus lines. All info are online. Hope that helps. 😊
