Visiting Zadar

Landed around 19 pm we went with the bus to the city centre of Zadar and we met the landlord of the apartment and we spent the evening there to check in and organise the house for our stay .

We spent the day at this resort to enjoy the day at the beach which was really nice. The resort allows visitors to stay there at the resort ( to be paid a small fee to use the beach and services ). Restaurants available on site and toilets facilities. Highly recommended to stay there for at least half a day.

We had lunch at this amazing restaurant to try the local fish - everything was delicious 😋

Explore Nin town and buy some souvenirs there . After we called a cab and came back with Taxi back to our apartment.

Visited Zadar city centre and architecture.

On day 3 we had a rainy day and we could not enjoy the beaches and we took advantage of going shopping and relaxing in Zadar.

We went for a walk in the afternoon as the weather was better and we went to a famous beach bar for an aperitivo with a special view. The place is highly recommended and it is called Beach and Cocktail bar bamboo.

In Zadar there are many options to get amazing food. The historical centre is so nice and the food is great - we got inspired by one of the restaurants we came across and it was amazing! Many options available and booking is not always required 🤗

Beautiful beach not far from the city centre - amazing solution for people who want to go to the beach without leaving from the city centre .

Something you will enjoy for sure is enjoying a cold drink while you listen to the natural sound of the sea organ! Beautiful and natural music made directly from the sea. Something you don't want to miss!

Every day at sunset time there is this beautiful show with lights where there is sun reflecting the mirror which at night dances with different types of lights - beautiful show and something to experience when you go to Zadar for sure!

We tried a restaurant near the sea organ and the location was stunning. We could eat in a beautiful garden and try a traditional meal from Zadar.

Spent the morning exploring Zadar City and the port - the weather was not great so we could not enjoy the beach as much.

The best crepe tried in a long time - love the vibe at the place and the staff was so nice!

Fun activity to do with family or friends in Zadar when the weather is not great!

The day before our departure we went for a Day trip to Split. We spent all day there and we had so much fun. We went with the bus from Zadar main bus station and the ticket can be purchased there directly. Highly recommended to spend at least half a day there in Split!

Last night in Zadar

Finally we had a very bright and hot day but it was our last day in Zadar and our flight was in the evening so we spent the day visiting the Cathedral and going to the top to enjoy the magnificent view of Zadar.

We had amazing Tuna carpaccio and Tuna steak - a delicious way to say good bye to the beautiful Zadar! Highly recommended 😋
