The mosque is a very good representation of Islamic architecture in the new Era. It attracts of all those who enter Sharm el-Sheikh city. Overlooking the sea at the entrance to the city of Sharm el-Sheikh, The mosque is built on an area of 3,000 square meters, with two 76-meter-long minarets. The roof’s mosque rises 36 meters high. ‼️ the entrance is free so no need to buy tickets.

The Old Market of Sharm el-Sheikh is a vibrant bazaar full of colors, scents, and typical Egyptian flavors. Here you can find local crafts, spices, souvenirs, and enjoy delicious traditional dishes. the famous Gate of Allah, a concrete structure erected as a sign of armistice between Egyptians and Israelis. The imposing construction bears an engraving in Arabic and Hebrew, having the particularity of being able to be read both from right to left (in Arabic) and in the opposite direction (in Hebrew). Once through the door you immediately find yourself in a fairy-tale spectacle, where the desert offers countless gradations of colour, from the golden beige of the sand dunes to the warm brown of the rocks, shades that will completely dominate the landscape, enhanced by the turquoise of the sea in the background and by the periwinkle of the blinding light of the sky which magnificently frames everything.

The Egyptian Museum in Cairo, also known as the Greatest Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, houses the most complete collection of Ancient Egyptian archaeological finds in the world. Unmissable stop!

My dream came true, seeing the pyramids with my own eyes… what a thrill !!! To enter the Giza Pyramids complex, you must first purchase a ticket. There are several options available, from general admission tickets to full guided tours. Once you get your tickets, it is important to know that there are two entrances to the Pyramids of Giza. One is located a short distance from the Great Pyramid, near the Marriott Mena House Hotel. The second is further away than the pyramids, in front of the Sphinx. ‼️ bring with you water, hat, sun cream protection and comfortable shoes. You can visit the pyramids inside but be aware that you have to go through very narrow tunnels, the temperatures are higher and at certain moments you may even feel a lack of air.

It is one of Egypt’s most famous landmarks and is arguably the best-known example of sphinx art. The Great Sphinx is among the world’s largest sculptures, measuring some 73 metres long and 20 metres high. It features a lion’s body and a human head adorned with a royal headdress. The statue was carved from a single piece of limestone, and pigment residue suggests that the entire Great Sphinx was painted. According to some estimates, it would have taken about three years for 100 workers, using stone hammers and copper chisels, to finish the statue.

The Papyrus Institute is a government-approved museum and shop not far from the Pyramids of Giza, where visitors can browse and purchase a large selection of hand-painted papyrus. Prices range from cheap to very expensive, but keep in mind that these prints are the authentic item and are quality souvenirs. Papyrus Institute staff talk to visitors about the entire papyrus-making process, including a demonstration of exactly how it's made.

The Cairo airport is quite huge, clean and well organised. The flight return to Sharm was so smooth and easy. What an incredible day in Cairo.

Very nice Cafe restaurant. Good vibes and good music. Everything is so vintage and good taste made. Unfortunately, long waiting time to go in. TIP: if you are bigger group, split the group in pairs of 2 and you will walk in earlier. The view of the gulf is amazing and loved so much the vibes.

we spent half the morning at the hotel pampering ourselves with a massage and enjoying our private pool.

I advise you to arrive at the airport on time, 3 hours before the departure. there may be long queues at the desks to stow your suitcases. we queued for 2 hours to leave our luggage and went through security checks quite quickly.
