Sunday Bike Ride In Panama City

Sunday Morning Bicycle ride in the city: ➡️The whole avenue is closed on Sundays. ➡️There are several companies that have their stands to rent bikes, it goes around 5$ for 2 hours. They stat with one of your IDs, they will return when u give the bike back ➡️You can bike along the Avenida Balboa, also all the way to Casco Viejo or Causeway Amador. Me

First we went Bicycling to the Park in Punta Paitilla. The only problem is that sometimes it smells a bit bad because there is a river that goes to ocean and seems this causes the smell.

The. We starting Bicycling oposite way towards casco viejo, then we ended up in the “Ciclovía” and it is so beautiful.

The views from the This path are amazing! ➡️beautiful photos and videos ➡️there are sun lounges and chairs ➡️keep in mind when the tide is low there might not be all filled with water.

We enter Casco Viejo and we passed 1 street of “a bit guetto” but then in 2 streets to the left you end up in touristic Casco Viejo.

We went around Casco, in the park were local artisans selling their products, even bought a beautiful handmade pair our earrings for 6$. We had a iced coffee kn Casco Spot, they have protein shakes our coffee with protein, very good for this Sunday sports morning. It was also around 5 - 6$

Went back the same way to return the bikes! It was sooooooooooo GOOD
