Weekend in Barcelona

Checked into the hotel which was very well-located. Close to Catalunya, Espagna square, and the beach. Had some delicious tapas at the hotel restaurant for dinner!

Starting the day on a good note with a hearty breakfast!

Then off to the beach! Unfortunately the weather was too cold to swim but it was still nice to spend some time by the water.

And, of course, the Sagrada Familia can’t be missed! A real wonder- amazing structure. Best to buy tickets online in advance.

For dinner, we went to this amazing local restaurant where they pass around tapas in the style of an auction. Advance booking needed.

We start the day with stunning views at Montjuic.

Then, we had an amazing walking tour around the Gothic Quarter.

Highly recommend this walking tour!

Ending the day with a great dinner of paella at Nuria.
