Slovenia in winter

We stopped in Maribor for short walk in the city center. We looked the Christmas market and drank a mulled wine🍷

Our apartment was in Zirovnica . The house was under renovation so there was some problem with heating. The breakfast was in the Guesthouse Osvald .

We walked around the Lake Bohinj . It was wonderful even though the weather was foggy and rainy.

We went by car to the Savica Waterfall. From the parking you can get to the waterfall in 15 minutes by walk. In winter the entrance is free but you only allowed to entry on your on risk. The stairs were a bit slippery but not difficult to climb.

We had dinner in Old Cellar Bled restaurant. The staff was very nice and the food was amazing. The restaurant is dog friendly they also brought water to our dog.

We started the morning at Lake Bled. Just walk around the lake it is beautiful in winter too.

Our next stop was Lake Jasna. The lake has crystal clear water. The view was breath-taking.

Our last stop was Ljublana . We stopped there in our way home. We walked around the Christmas market and looked the Dragon bridge.
