Lake Elton

Lake Elton is a real miracle of nature, the pearl of the Volga steppe — the largest salt lake in Europe. The name of Lake Elton comes from the Kazakh "Altyn-Nur", which means "Golden Lake". At the bottom of the Elton – deposits of salts and hydrogen sulfide mud, which are used to treat the nervous and musculoskeletal systems.
