A WEEK IN THE DOLOMITES

let's go together to discover the beautiful Trentino Dolomites🏔. First of all, let's talk about accommodation, I definitely recommend the Weihrerhof hotel, which is a 4-star hotel located on the beautiful Lake Costalovara. It has every kind of comfort and a truly amazing spa overlooking the lake. In addition, I recommend that you have lunch and dinner inside the hotel having truly impeccable service with delicious food

I recommend you to visit the spectacle offered by the nature of the beautiful earth pyramids of Renon. To get there, there are marked trails

The second day I would dedicate it to visiting the beautiful church of San Valentino📍, located in a huge field below Alpe Siusi and has a truly super particular aesthetic🤩. It is also very famous for its frescoes, including that of the Magi in the landscape of Alpe Siusi🏔⛪️

Not to be missed is the beautiful plateau of the Alpe di Siusi, with small huts, including some shelters 🛖. It is the largest plateau in Europe and is beautiful to visit in any season 🤩

At the foot of the beautiful Odle, we find the small church of San Giovanni in Ranui, located in Val di Funes, built in 1744 and also made famous for its picturesque location in the Ranui meadows. ⛪️🏔 The church is in Baroque style and is the most photographed in all of South Tyrol. It is part of the Ranui farm, a medieval residence located nearby. Furthermore, it is possible to request the key to access it and also visit it internally. The cost of entry is €4, in fact at the entrance, just before the field where the church is located, you will find turnstiles where you have to pay.💶

Also in Val di Funes, a destination not to be missed is the Rifugio delle Odle, where you can also stop and eat a little something after the walk 🚶🏻‍♀️. It really deserves a lot, being that once there you can admire the beautiful spectacle of the Odle 🏔🤩

Lake Braies is defined as the most beautiful lake in Italy 🇮🇹. Its landscape and the surrounding mountains make it undoubtedly a destination not to be missed if you visit Trentino🚣🏻‍♀️ WHEN TO VISIT IT? In every season the lake is tinged with different colors but in my opinion the best seasons to visit it are spring 🌸 and autumn 🍁. This is because they are also the periods with less crowds and you can therefore avoid running into "small misunderstandings" regarding parking and too many crowds (especially if you are interested in the photographic aspect📸). In fact, in the summer, to enjoy it and take some crazy photos, I recommend arriving at dawn. WHAT TO DO? Without a doubt the boat ride 🚣🏻‍♀️, which costs € 19 half an hour and € 29 1h and the circular trekking route that runs along the lake (there are several paths and the main one takes about 30/40 min) PARKING 🚗 Sore button 😬, parking. I have already mentioned that in the summer it is a mess to park! In fact, the main one, closest to the lake is by reservation only and the road is closed from 10/07 to 10/09, so you will have to bring your car to the Segheria Parking (5km from the lake), cost for the day 9 € + shuttle 5 €, while outside that period there is no problem to park near the lake, even if the cost of the ticket is 15 € for the whole day

We always stick to lakes, which I love! Today we will go to visit the beautiful l 'ho di Tovel, not to be missed is that you visit Trentino. 🏔 Its peculiarity is that until 1964 it was red due to an alga called Tovellia sanguinea which every year, in summer, thanks to some nutrients, turned red and since today this phenomenon is missing, it no longer occurs🥲

Lake Carezza is called the jewel of the Dolomites. It is a beautiful alpine lake that has the particularity of having shades of a thousand colors m. I advise you not to visit it in the winter if you want to see this event

The last stop before returning home is to photograph with the Drone the beautiful Snake road at Passo Giau, one of the most particular and photographed roads in the Dolomites 🐍🏔
