Il personale é disponibile e cortese. Materie prime davvero a km zero. Vini locali. Prodotti genuini e piatti della tradizione come l'anguilla fritta, ma anche novità particolari con l'ostrica rosa, tipica della Francia ma di recente allevata anche in Sacca (come unico altro luogo di allevamento dopo quello francese)

🇬🇧 Tovena, the street of Angels. 📍 It is a path that can be visited all year round along the alleys and square of this village, which are animated by angelic figures, born from creativity of local painters, sculptors and street artists. 🇮🇹 Tovena, la Via degli Angeli. 📍Si tratta di un percorso visitabile tutto l'anno lungo le viuzze e la piazza di questo borgo, che sono animate da figure angeliche, nate dalla creatività di pittori locali, scultori e street artist.

🇬🇧 🥾 a ring trekking that takes you to visit Brent de l'Art. It is a quiet walk, lasting about an hour, which, however, in the last stretch before the gorge, has steep and somewhat slippery points. However, it is better to have hiking shoes. 💙Here the constant work of the waters has created this beautiful canyon with exceptional colors. 🇮🇹 🥾trekking ad anello che vi porta a visitare Brent de l'Art. Si tratta di una tranquilla passeggiata, di un'oretta, che tuttavia nell'ultimo tratto prima della forra, presenta punti ripidi e un po' scivolosi. Meglio comunque avere calzature da escursionismo. 💙Qui il lavoro costante delle acque, ha creato questo bellissimo canyon dai colori eccezionali.

Born in 1630, decommissioned in 1953, at the end of the twentieth century, after having experienced years of degradation, the mill was purchased by the municipality of Refrontolo, which carried out a careful restoration and made it a museum of milling. 🇮🇹 visitate il Molinetto della Croda Si tratta di un antico mulino ad acqua. Nato nel 1630, dismesso nel 1953, all fine del Novecento, dopo aver vissuto anni di degrado, il mulino è stato acquistato dal comune di Refrontolo, che ha proceduto a un accurato restauro e ne ha fatto un museo della molitura.

The tour offered by the managers upon reservation includes a walk through the vineyards, in the cellar, among the agricultural machinery, to end up at the wine shop for a splendid tasting. 🇮🇹 Qui noi abbiamo avuto modo di visitare la cantina, accompagnati da personale preparato e disponibile, che ci ha fatto scoprire tutte le curiosità e la storia dell'azienda e della sua agricoltura biologica innovativa. Il tour offerto dai gestori su prenotazione prevede una passeggiata fra i vigneti, nella cantina, tra i macchinari agricoli, per finire al wine shop per una splendida degustazione.
