Nord Sardegna

🇮🇹 Il nostro viaggio per la Sardegna parte da Livorno, dove abbiamo preso la nave per Olbia. Abbiamo deciso di mangiare prima di salire in nave al MC Donald. 🇬🇧 Our trip to Sardinia departs from Livorno, where we took the boat to Olbia. We decided to eat before boarding the ship at the MC Donald.

🇮🇹 Alle 21:00 ci siamo imbarcati, avevamo preso la cabina per dormire dato che il viaggio era lungo. Prima di partire però siamo rimasti sul ponte a guardare la nave partire. 🇬🇧 At 21:00 we boarded, we had taken the cabin to sleep since the trip was long. Before leaving, however, we stood on deck watching the ship depart.

🇮🇹 Siamo arrivati alle 6.00 a Olbia, dopo una lunga notte di viaggio. Da quel momento è iniziata la nostra vera vacanza. 🇬🇧 We arrived at 6.00 in Olbia, after a long night of travel. From that moment our real holiday began.

🇮🇹 Come prima meta abbiamo deciso di andare alla Pelosa, un consiglio per chi ci andrà quest’estate prenotate in anticipo perché se no dovrete stare su delle rocce tutto il giorno come noi. Siamo arrivati abbastanza presto quel giorno e siamo riusciti a fare delle belle foto. 🇬🇧 As the first destination we decided to go to Pelosa, a tip for those who will go this summer booked in advance, because if you don’t, you’re gonna be on rocks all day like us. We arrived quite early that day and we were able to take some nice pictures.

🇮🇹 Il nostro Hotel si trovava sul mare a Isola Rossa, abbiamo scelto una via di mezzo nel nord della Sardegna, dato che la Sardegna va vissuta viaggiando verso luoghi fantastici. 🇬🇧Our Hotel was on the sea in Isola Rossa, we chose a middle way in the north of Sardinia, since Sardinia should be experienced traveling to fantastic places.

🇮🇹 Abbiamo scelto di fare solo la colazione nel nostro hotel quindi alla sera sceglievamo una meta quasi sempre diversa, per la prima sera abbiamo scelto Porto Cervo, per vivere il sabato sera. 🇬🇧 We chose to have breakfast only in our hotel so in the evening we chose a destination almost always different, for the first evening we chose Porto Cervo, to live on Saturday evening.

🇮🇹Ed ecco qui la nostra prima colazione in Sardegna, abbondante per la giornata che ci aspettava. 🇬🇧 And here is our breakfast in Sardinia, plentiful for the day that awaited us.

🇮🇹Questa caletta è abbastanza famosa ad Isola Rossa, con la sua acqua cristallina. Da quanto era pulita c’erano tantissimi ricci di mare. Nonostante fosse famosa quel giorno non c’era quasi nessuno e c’era un bellissimo clima di tranquillità. 🇬🇧 This cove is quite famous in Red Island, with its crystal clear water. From how clean it was, there were so many sea urchins. Despite being famous that day there was hardly anyone and there was a beautiful climate of tranquility.

🇮🇹 Alla sera abbiamo fatto un aperitivo in hotel, godendoci il bellissimo tramonto, poi ci siamo diretti verso questo ristorante (una scoperta bellissima) dove abbiamo mangiato: polpo alla griglia su purè di patate e risotto ai frutti di mare, assolutamente da provare. 🇬🇧

🇮🇹Sfortunatamente essendo un isola la Sardegna abbiamo trovato dei giorni di vento, così alla sera per sentito dire, ci hanno detto di andare alla Licciola che è meno esposta al vento delle altre. 🇬🇧 Unfortunately being an island Sardinia we found windy days, so in the evening to hear, they told us to go to Licciola which is less exposed to the wind than the others.

🇮🇹Quel giorno volevamo fare un giro nei mercatini della città, quindi ci siamo diretti a Palau, dove abbiamo mangiato i tagliolini all’astice. 🇬🇧 That day we wanted to take a ride in the city markets, so we headed to Palau, where we ate lobsrer spaghetti

🇮🇹 Ecco qui la nostra solita routine mattutina, ci recavamo in panetteria per i nostri panini ed in fine sl supermercato per prenderci del prosciutto cotto fresco. Per la nostra vacanza abbiamo optato per il pranzo al sacco tutti i giorni. 🇬🇧

🇮🇹Ci siamo alzati presto per raggiungere una meta rinomata da tutti, ovvero la Cinta, quel giorno avrei davvero voluto fare una passeggiata a cavallo, ma il mio moroso ne ha il terrore, quindi mi sono dovuta saltare una delle cose più romantiche. 🇬🇧 We got up early to reach a destination renowned by all, namely the Cinta, that day I really wanted to go for a Horse ride, but my boyfriend has the terror, So I had to skip one of the most romantic things.

🇮🇹questa è stata una delle giornate più lunghe, data la distanza di San Teodoro, abbiamo così deciso di mangiare nel ristorante che conoscevamo di già. 🇬🇧 this was one of the longest days, given the distance of Saint Theodore, so we decided to eat in the restaurant that we already knew.

🇮🇹Ed eccoci qui con nuovo giorno ed una nuova meta l’Arcipelago della Maddalena 🇬🇧 And here we are with a new day and a new destination the Archipelago of La Maddalena

🇮🇹Abbiamo scelto di fare un tour in yacht per avere una guida, e soprattutto per non perderci, della bellezza della Sardegna 🇬🇧 We chose to take a yacht tour to get a guide, and especially not to get lost, of the beauty of Sardinia

🇮🇹La prima tappa è stata l’isola Spargi con la Cala dell’amore, abbiamo fatto il bagno e ci hanno lasciato tuffare dalla nave. (notare l’acqua cristallina) 🇬🇧 The first stop was the island Spargi with the Cala dell'amore, we took a bath and they let us dive from the ship. (note the crystal clear water)

🇮🇹Mentre eravamo sulla nave abbiamo deciso di fare un piccolo tour, ovvero la magnifica Spiaggia rosa, e le piscine di Budelli, si dice che chi fa il bagno lì ringiovanisce di 30 anni. 🇬🇧 While we were on the ship we decided to take a small tour, namely the magnificent Pink Beach, and the pools of Budelli, It is said that those who bathe there rejuvenate by 30 years.

🇮🇹Ed il nostro tour aveva come tappa finale la famosa Maddalena, abbiamo fatto un tour del paese, ed è stato divertente perché c’ero già stata da bambina. 🇬🇧 our tour had as its final stop the famous Maddalena, we did a tour of the country, and it was fun because I was there when I was a child.

🇮🇹Alla sera dato che eravamo molto stanchi ma contenti della nostra giornata, abbiamo deciso di mangiare in hotel, degustando: tris di crudo e spaghetti vongole e bottarga. 🇬🇧 In the evening because we were very tired but happy with our day, we decided to eat at the hotel, tasting: trio of raw and spaghetti clams and bottarga.

🇮🇹Giorno nuovo, nuova avventura direzione Rena Bianca! 🇬🇧 New day, new adventure direction Rena Bianca!

🇮🇹Ed eccoci qua a farvi vedere i magnifici colori della Rena Bianca, un tris di azzurri indescrivibili. Vi consiglio per fare foto belle dall’alto di salire verso il Nuraghe, tipica fortezza sarda. 🇬🇧 And here we are to show you the magnificent colors of the Rena Bianca, a trio of indescribable blues. I recommend to take beautiful photos from above to climb towards the Nuraghe, a typical Sardinian fortress.

🇮🇹Alla sera abbiamo deciso di restare a Santa Teresa di Gallura e di goderci delle buonissime tagliatelle al nero di seppia con vongole e una frittura mista. Dopo cena abbiamo visitato il paese ed i suoi bellissimi mercatini di tutte cose fatte a mano. 🇬🇧 In the evening we decided to stay in Santa Teresa di Gallura and to enjoy the delicious tagliatelle with squid ink with clams and a mixed fry. After dinner we visited the country and its beautiful markets of all things handmade.

🇮🇹giornata tour di Alghero, abbiamo preso una pausa dalla spiaggia per visitare Alghero, una cittadina pulita e cordiale. 🇬🇧 day tour of Alghero, we took a break from the beach to visit Alghero, a clean and friendly town.

🇮🇹Alla sera siamo tornati a Santa Teresa di Gallura per mangiarci una pizzetta, io ho optato per quella con la bottarga. 🇬🇧 In the evening we returned to Santa Teresa di Gallura to eat a pizza, I opted for the one with the bottarga.

🇮🇹Dopo aver cercato un gommone in tutto il nord della Sardegna abbiamo scelto di rilassarci a Capo Testa, sfortunatamente abbiamo trovato le meduse. 🇬🇧 After looking for a dinghy in all the north of Sardinia we chose to relax in Capo Testa, unfortunately, we found the jellyfish.

🇮🇹Ed eccoci tornati dal nostro ristorante di fiducia, una bella zuppa di cozze e vongole ed infine i gnocchetti sardi, per non farci mancare nulla. 🇬🇧 And here we are back from our trusted restaurant, a nice soup of mussels and clams and finally the Sardinian gnocchetti, so we don’t miss anything.

🇮🇹L’ultimo giorno abbiamo deciso di passarlo in hotel godendoci la piscina e mangiando ancora della bottarga. 🇬🇧 On the last day we decided to spend it in the hotel enjoying the pool and still eating the bottarga.
