Luxury at Sea - Cordelia Cruises

Reached mumbai a day before our cruise. This would give us the perfect opportunity to explore the city for a day. On our way from the airport we crossed the Bandra sea link and the views are stunning.

The next day we had breakfast and made our way to the Mumbai International Cruise Terminal. Excitement was at its peak.

After boarding we had lunch and decided to explore the cruise. There was still some time before the journey began but already we were so excited.

As we set sail, we continued exploring the cruise and didn't waste any opportunity to find amazing corners to click some great shots. There are 3 speciality restaurants on board. Starlight - a 2-level waterfront dining experience, Chopstix - a speciality Pan-Asian restaurant, Chef's Table- a culinary pavilion with a specially curated menu. To add to the food, there is a multitude of lounge and bar options to choose from - The Chairman's Club, Connexions Bar, The Pool Bar and the Dome which is the Late night bar for parties. Plus there is a casino on board to top it all.

A glorious first sunset on board the Empress. Just so serene. The evening had a lot of activities like joining in a casino game, Bollywood dance shows and a top deck open air party which kept us engaged and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Waking up in our cabin with these views. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was not dreaming. I was indeed living a dream.

We decided to have a dinner date at the fancy Asian restaurant on board - Chopstix. Post this we decided to enjoy some of the Bollywood dance shows on board the cruise. The best thing to do at midnight is go to the open deck and watch the stars while listening to the sea.

The last morning on the cruise and we got up early to watch the sunrise from the top deck. It was so serene.

We reached Kochi after breakfast and after 2 days at sea, it was time for us to disembark. With a heavy heart we left but no doubt created memories worth a lifetime on board the Empress. This was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend booking a cruise with Cordelia or any Cruise company that operates closest to you as it's such a unique experience. It's like a city on the sea and definitely gives goosebumps once you live it.
