From Cyprus with love

Landed 🛬 at Paphos International Airport from London. The perfect trip to Cyprus has just started!

We had book a villa at Aphrodite Hills and let me tell you this was the best decision. The villa was beautiful and spacious and the view was spectacular. Aphrodite Hills Residences is a 5-star hotel which offers you the possibility to book villas and small houses up in the hills. Highly recommend Aphrodite Hills if you are looking for a luxurious place to relax at peace.

Enjoyed a magical sunset 🌅 by the pool of our villa together with some shisha 😍. The perfect end to our first day.

Today was a Cypriot village road trip kind of day and we first stopped at beautiful Agros village for some breakfast. The first thing you see as you enter the village is this cute cafe on the corner named the Mpakaliko tou Hapsi which translates to the grocery store of Hapsi. This amazing place offers a Cypriot breakfast 🍳 and coffee ☕️ together with an amazing view of the village. Can stress how good the breakfast is here so definitely pay it a visit when in Agros. The prices are super affordable too, and the food is 10/10.

After an amazing breakfast 🍳 and wonder around Agros Village we made our way to Platres to visit the Kalidonia Waterfalls. This short hike to the waterfalls is beautiful and once you reach your final destination just take off your shoes and cool off in the beautiful waterfalls! Platres is a beautiful village and the waterfalls are a must visit.

After a hike it’s only reasonable you go for lunch 🥙. So we made our way to another village named Lofou. We booked a table at the beautiful Apokryfo Hotel for lunch. Food is amazing and delicious and the view by the pool is all you need to you enjoy a hot summer day. The traditional Cypriot food served for lunch is a 10/10 🙌🏻

You will find yourselves at amazing view points in the village of Lofou. So do take advantage of them and take some amazing pictures. The village is beautiful and totally worths a walk around when you visit.

Starting our day at the beautiful Pissouri Bay. A great viewing point at the top of the hill overseeing the beautiful bay.

An adventurous kind of moment called for a jet ski rental. Right on the beach you will find a water sports kiosk where you can rent a jet ski and explore the bay of Pissouri.

Off to a more quiet spot for a swim. This is Melanda. We had a great afternoon enjoying the beach 🏝️ by ourselves. Head to Melanda if you are looking for a quieter place to relax and enjoy the sea.

After spending half a day at the beach 🏝️ all you need is some amazing lunch. We made our way to the Bunch of Grapes Restaurant. The food is super delicious 😋. Highly recommend this when in Pissouri.

To end our day we had a refreshing iced coffee ☕️ by the pool at the Columbia Beach Resort in Pissouri. What’s a better combination of a coffee ☕️ and a sunset 🌅? The resort is beautiful as it is but during a sunset it becomes even more beautiful. So pay it a visit when on Pissouri. You can also enjoy some food by the pool.

Starting the day with a swim 🏊‍♀️ in the beautiful pool overseeing the magical Aphrodite Hills.

Decided to visit Limassol that day and we made our way to Columbia Beach. There we enjoyed some sushi 🍣 🍱 for lunch. We also got a fruit platter and sat next to the pool. The food there is really nice 👌🏼 The prices are towards the more expensive side but definitely not overpriced. Seating by the pool and enjoying a nice meal is definitely worth it.

For an afternoon coffee ☕️ we visited the Colour Cafe found in the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol. Lovely interior and good coffee. Totally worth the visit if you are ever in Limassol.

We then decided to stay for dinner at the hotel. We visited the hotel’s restaurant Seasons Oriental. Great food 🍱 and excellent service. We enjoyed some amazing Japanese dishes. Every was super delicious. The Four Seasons Hotel is a 5 ⭐️ hotel so expect the prices to be on the high side of things but it’s definitely worth it.

After spending some time at our pool we went for a drive 🚘 towards the famous Petra tou Romiou which translates to ‘rock of the Greek'. We then stopped at the viewpoint to enjoy the view from above.

Since the day started as a road trip we decided to head to Larnaca for lunch 🥗. We stopped at Nippon Restaurant for some sushi 🍣🍱. One of the best sushi places in Larnaca so don’t miss it if you ever find yourself in Larnaca 😋. Excellent food and super delicious with lots of options.

We made our way back to the villa and enjoyed another beautiful sunset 🌅 by the pool. This time it was extra beautiful 🤩

Brunching without pancakes 🥞 is not a brunch. Yummy fluffy nutella pancakes at Hotel Indigo were super yummy.

After spending some time wondering around the city of Larnaca 🌴 we visited a Cypriot Taverna for lunch. This is Stou Roushia, the perfect spot to enjoy a traditional styled lunch. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. We usually order a few dishes and we share it as a table. We highly recommend this taverna so make sure not to miss it when in Larnaca.

Decided to go a swim 🏊‍♀️ at Pervolia, a small city close by Larnaca. This is the perfect spot to avoid the crowds and enjoy a lovely afternoon the beach 🏝️. We spent some hours there and we experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets 🌅 we have ever seen in Larnaca. Pervolia is known for its beautiful sunsets 🌅 in August

The perfect day starts at Lush Beach Bar. We booked a cabana right on the beach to spend our day there and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. We also enjoyed an amazing lunch 🦪 🍣 and a delicious fruit 🍉 platter.

To end our day we spent the last few hours in Larnaca at the Salt Lake. A magical sunset 🌅 that day.

On our last day we made our way to Larnaca to enjoy a lovely lunch on the beach. We visited Rebuke Lounge Bar and had the best club sandwich 🥪 ever. We also enjoyed some shisha.

On our way back to London we flew from Larnaca Internal Airport 🛬. Easy access to the airport from Rebuke Lounge and just on time for our flight.
